You'd better send your enquiries by E-mail or fax with your detail contact information, including name, tel, fax, E-mail, web site, company name..., it is more better to get approximate quantity.

Please explain more detail, better by drawings. We can read your drawings by fax copy, PDF, JPG, CAD files directly. All of our quotation based on your description, final confirmation must be by samples quality.If you want to get samples soon, please give us your international courier collect account no. Or you can send your original samples to us by post.

We accept T/T payment before shipment and sight L/C.

Inner package is paper carton, outer package is wooden case. We can supply fumigation certificate and Form A. We can also supply green environmental paper pallet (which needn't fumigation), but it stand about 500kgs/pallet.

If you have your own forwarder in Shanghai, you should inform us their correct contact information before order shipment.If we choose forwarder by ourselves, you'd better inform us all the necessary documents you need.

For Metal Processing products shipment, we allow 3% broken. If necessary, we agree to compensate all broken goods in your next order under your true evidence. For bad quality goods. If we sent unqualified goods to you (which cannot reach confirmed samples ), we will compensate for all the bad ones.
